Disney Hires Director of Maleficent!!

Rumors are saying that Disney has hired director Robert Stomberg for his directorial debut for the movie "Maleficent'.  This will be the Linda Woolverton scripted adaptation of the Sleeping Beauty movie from the villian, Maleficent's point of view.  Very much like what they are doing with 'Snow White & The Huntsman' where the evil queen is primarily the main charater.

But the news that makes the rumors of this new production even more exciting is that Woolverton is pretty much making this a star vehicle for Angelina Jolie.   She could totally rock this part out!!!!   What do you think?
