On Friday night in Manchest N.H,, Rick Perry is all over the place during this speech and isn't making any sense whatsoever!! As they said over at Boy Culture....Perry's speech should be compared to the Howard Dean scream speech. He either had a few bottles of wine, a couple to many martinis or something...cause this was just wackadoodle!!

They say that it was a speech in New Hampshire, so I am assuming that it was just in the past few days. And it was uploaded on youtube yesterday. But being from Texas I have always known that he was batshit crazy! When you hear people say that Austin, TX is full of batshit...they usually ain't talking about the millions of mexican bats that hang out under the congress street bridge...its a little further up congress street at the capital building!
