Hate Group Bigot Tweets About Sexual Assault!!

For the past couple of days, I have seen the tweet by Bryan Fischer who is head bigot of the AFA.  Everyone is pointing out how he has figured out how to end sexual assault in the military.  However, though his bigotry is mindboggling ... what I really think needs to be discussed is the other 3.4% of sexual assaults that are not explained in the tweet???  Inquiring minds want to know and also perhaps Frothy Mix can shed some light on this situation!
