Good Saturday morning to everyone!! I hope that your weekend if off to a great start. Mine is going ok. I went to the doctor the other day because of some lower back pain. While in the Dr's office, i noticed that they were doing a charity drive for one of the local homeless shelters. They were requesting new pillows and twin size sheets. I ran down to the local Wal-Mart and grabbed around a dozen pillow and twin flat sheets and delivered them to the Dr.'s office. I know that it might sound kinda flippant, but I see or think about the homeless, the saying "There but for the grace of God" goes through my head. I know that I have been in many situations or like so many other living from paycheck to paycheck when one action (ie laid off etc) could have put me right into a situation such as theirs. I always try to help in some way during the holidays and I hope that you will as well.
Also, we leave tomorrow to spend the holidays with family, so of course I have a million things to do!! #1 thing is to figure out how all the luggage, xmas presents and dog are going to fit into the vehicle.
